Emma's Cafe Map & Zone Guide
Knowing the layout cuts travel time and keeps your CCTV watcher in position. Alpha updates can move props — re-walk the cafe after each bi-weekly patch.
Kitchen
Stove, coffee machine, ingredient shelves, and prep counters. Cooks stay here during rush. Ingredients cannot be grabbed through walls (fixed v1.4).
Tip: Memorise ingredient locations on Day 1 — searching mid-shift during an anomaly spawn is dangerous.
Dining Area
Customer tables and order pickup points. Servers deliver here after CCTV clearance. Tables need cleaning between customers.
Tip: Run a loop: kitchen → cam check → table → kitchen. Never skip the cam check step.
CCTV Room
Camera terminal with multiple views. Critical from Day 3 when Eye Ghost only appears on camera. Prompt available from Day 1 since v1.3 hotfix.
Tip: Assign one dedicated watcher. If Camera Looking anomaly appears (Day 7+), close the feed immediately.
Order Board
Active orders and built-in recipe hints. Navigation was fixed in v1.3 — use it when learning drinks.
Tip: New players: screenshot or memorise the top 5 most-ordered drinks before Day 3.
Storage & Back Room
Additional ingredient storage and utility areas. Less traffic but important during kitchen events.
Tip: Maintenance role handles fuse box and power breaker — usually near back-of-house utilities.
Lobby / Shift Start
Where shifts begin. Bonny dialogue can be skipped from Day 3 if you have reached Day 3 before (v1.4). Quick Play finds public lobbies.
Tip: Assign roles in lobby before the shift timer starts — not after the first customer arrives.
Efficient Runner Path
- Check Order Board for pending orders
- Collect prepared items from kitchen pass-through
- Stop at CCTV — verify customer is clear
- Deliver to table if cleared; reject and call out if anomaly
- Clean table on return trip
- Repeat — never reverse steps 3 and 4
After Each Update
Alpha patches often change prop placement, lighting, and customer flow. After every update, run one Day 1 shift to rebuild your mental map. Check our patch notes for what changed.
